The Institute of Applied Psychology in Sydney run the extensive Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy. They are a Government Registered Training Organisation (RTO #70206). The course is taught by Gordon Young. He is one of only a few people in Australia, to have trained at the Milton H Erickson Institute in Phoenix Arizona in the USA. Gordon learnt directly from the small group of people, that were lucky enough to study under the world renowned Milton H Erickson. These people included Bill O’Hanlon, Jeffrey Zeig and Michael Yapko. These are now regarded as some of the best in the Psychotherapy and Hypnosis field. Here at Affinity Hypnotherapy Coffs Harbour, we use this same technique. We have found that we have a higher success rate than most, with longer lasting results.
With the in depth face to face training and over 1000 hours of study and assessments, this is the most effective training available in the country.
